These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by Arcenta Global LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) under the project name “Priceless Masterpiece”.

1. Nature of the Product

Priceless Masterpiece is a conceptual digital artwork composed of a finite number of individual digital units (“pixels”). Each unit is a digital good delivered electronically after successful payment.

2. No Investment Disclaimer

The product is not an investment. No financial returns, profit sharing, resale value, or guarantees of any kind are offered or implied.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted once delivery has occurred.
